I found the hotel's location GOOD and beautiful, really close to all the attractions, and downtown and lake front. The outstandingly accommodating staff were more than helpful with all requests. I had a double room which was newly renovated, good bed.

Fantastic stay, as always. Fairly clean place with kind staff members and alpine views. A great selection of food at the continental breakfast. Stunning, awesome location just off all the attractions of Te Anau including the lake as well as supermarket, local shopping area and pubs.

Its location was indeed unbeatable and nice and only 5 minutes walk from a national park. The staff were hospitable and extremely friendly in case of questions.

Everything was excellent, so were brilliant views over the lake and mountains. The position of the hotel was great, close to the centre of town. Plus, it was close enough to the beautiful lake, all the restaurants, supermarket and the main street of the village and main attractions in Fiordland National Park.

Great way to end our trip. The superior apartment was huge with balcony, the bed was cozy. With an electric kettle, a fridge, and a stovetop.

Particularly good location next to the center of town and the lake, the shops and cafes and Te Anau, which is tourist central, fine food. For tea or coffee visit Hollyford Cafe nearby.

The property was extremely comfy with exceptionally nice staff. A great selection of fine food at breakfast time. Good location close to the city centre as well as lake front in three minutes and five minutes away from lots of restaurants, and free parking.

The continental breakfast included a great selection of meals. Amazing very central location close enough to downtown area, Lake centre and shops and facilities. Moreover, it was 2 km from Te Anau Bird Sanctuary Park.

Good sized rooms, separate bedroom. Clean and tidy. Netflix available. Good location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and Lake. Good value for money. Lovely owners. Working on modernising the units. Parking right outside the door.

The bedroom was very private and the staff were extremely attentive and dedicated, and it was conveniently located close to Lake Te Anau with a lakeside restaurant available.

The staff here is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The kitchen is a great feature and they also provide free WiFi. We loved having our coffee and treats at Miles Better Pies.

The location is pretty good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.

The price was too high for a studio room without cooking facilities.

The location of the hotel was very central, so close to the town centre, a quiet leafy avenue, close to shops and restaurants and the lake and the city center. It was easy to get to Four Square te Anau. The continental breakfast was a big plus.
